This application is build as is. No warranties are made, neither to the results of its usage, nor to any promises deemed made by any of the functionality provided.

 

Limitations of liability

The service of ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI. The provider of this application can not guarantee the availability of services provided by OpenAI at any time. As such, the application will not provide any new answers during a conversation, without OpenAI´s ChatGPT working. The user of this application has acquired this application, knowing that it is dependent on services provided by OpenAI - services, over which the provider of this app has no power or influcence whatsoever.

ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence chatbot developed by OpenAI and launched in November 2022. It is built on top of OpenAI's GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 families of large language models (LLMs) and has been fine-tuned (an approach to transfer learning) using both supervised and reinforcement learning techniques. Under no circumstances shall this output generated by this application using ChatGPT be misinterpreted as if it were constructed by a human.

Due to the nature of machine learning, output may not be unique across users and the services may generate the same or similar output for OpenAI or a third party. For example, you may provide input to a model such as “What color is the sky?” and receive output such as “The sky is blue.”

The service from OpenAI that this application is using with the API Key that you need to provide - has limited the range of topics that it can discuss. Since ChatGPT is trained on specific datasets, it can only offer advice and knowledge on issues within that respective domain. As such, customers can only expect assistance with topics within their usual scope of understanding.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of OpenAI's services may in some situations result in incorrect output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. You should evaluate the accuracy of any otput as appropriate for your use case, including by using human review of the output."
